Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Quantum Wellness Clinic, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and if you need to change your appointment, we will always do our best to be fair and accommodating.

To ensure appointment times remain available for other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments Cancelled or Rescheduled with More Than 24 Hours' Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be rebooked at no additional cost.

Late Cancellations or Rescheduling (Less Than 24 Hours' Notice)

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. As a courtesy, the first late cancellation or rescheduling request may be waived at the clinic's discretion.

Any subsequent cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full consultation fee.

Missed Appointments (No Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, or provide less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee of up to the full consultation fee may apply.

We recognise that genuine emergencies do happen and, where possible, these will always be considered with understanding and compassion.

Cancellation Fees

Where a cancellation fee applies, it must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
